Tax Deferred investments-DSTs (Delaware Statutory Trusts)

I bought the following investments to eliminate my capital gains tax on the sale of an apartment complex. These investments are invested in real estate properties and provide a return of 5.00% with part of that being tax free due to depreciation. I have listed below each individual investment.
